1 out of 5 starsThis file only comes in a word format. I purchased it without a word program thinking it would be in a jpeg or pdf file. I won’t buy from this seller again.

Hi there, that is correct, it only comes in Word format as listed in both the item description and in the listing title. Unfortunately, the photo alone is not enough to describe certain items so we have detailed instructions and descriptions in that situation so you know exactly what you're purchasing and can do so with confidence. I am sorry that you were not happy with getting something different than expectation, but unfortunately we cannot control that in this particular situation and wish you the best in finding a product that comes in the file formats you are looking for.

3 out of 5 starsSatisfied with the template. Reached out to the seller and they answered very little questions since I was using a Mac Book! But the template worked just fine on the MacBook. I was more so asking printing questions but since I mentioned MacBook I feel I was turned down. But everything worked out after I played with it

I'm so happy to hear you loved your template! I'm sorry I was not able to give you more detailed information regarding Mac use as I have never used a Mac so I would not feel confident in providing you ample service in an area I am unfamiliar with. I could only direct you on what I did know from what other clients have shared in their experiences. As far as a printing question ... there wasn't any? Unless you are referring to our final discussions regarding formatting for more space. That would not be a printer issue but a limit to the program's size itself which cannot be changed on your printer or computer regardless of PC or Mac as noted on the listing. I'm sorry if there was any confusion regarding that. I'd be happy to speak further if you have any other questions to clear up any misunderstandings :)

3 out of 5 starsIt’s a fun design and It did the job for what I needed, however two of the font links led to bad sites/viruses and would prefer the document to be available in Mac friendly format.

5 out of 5 starsStephanie was very helpful when I wanted to do a color change. Program looks as appears and is easy to change text. Wish I didn’t have to do all the cuts on the sides to get rid of the trademark info. Could have a little larger program then. I am happy and satisfied with final product.

1 out of 5 starsMy experience with the shop was good, when I had concerns they were accommodating and quick to respond. Unfortunately though, after over 2 months of waiting & not receiving my cards, I ended up asking for a refund, and lost the money I paid for shipping. The shop offered to send a digital copy of the cards instead, but I didn’t want to pay even more to get them printed. Disappointing, as the cards looked beautiful online and I would have loved to give them to my bridal party.

We are sorry for your experience, as we try our best to ensure our clients are happy with their purchase. When the first set we sent did not arrive we did in fact mail out a second set of cards and were informed that even those did not arrive. Once out of our shop we cannot control how the Post handles the deliveries; however, for two orders to go missing I suspected there may have been something with the local carrier. We then offered the option of a refund (minus shipping per our policy) or a digital exchange as they are the same price point. Unfortunately, we did everything we could to make this order successful with sending two orders (second at our expense), there simply wasn't anything we could do. We are happy to hear you were pleased with our communication and accommodations as we strive for satisfaction! :)
